This Privacy Policy explains how Froy AI (“Froy”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit froy.ai, book a demo, or use the Froy AI customer-communication platform. Froy AI is operated from 1111B S Governors Ave STE 48279, Dover, DE 19904, USA.

1. Information we collect

Website visitors. When you browse froy.ai we collect minimal technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) needed to operate and secure the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

Demo bookings. When you book a demo, scheduling is handled by Cal.com. We receive the details you provide there — name, email, company, phone, and any notes — and use them solely to prepare for and follow up on your demo.

Platform data. When a business uses Froy, our AI agent handles phone calls and messages (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, web chat, SMS, email) on that business’s behalf. In doing so we process conversation content, caller phone numbers and handles, appointment details, and the interaction outcomes recorded in the business’s built-in CRM. This data is processed under our agreement with the business, which remains the controller of its customer data.

2. Call recording and transcripts

Voice conversations handled by the agent may be recorded and transcribed so the platform can classify outcomes, populate the CRM, and hand cases to humans with full context. Businesses using Froy are responsible for providing any notice to their customers that applicable law requires, and Froy supports playing a disclosure at the start of a call where required.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to provide and improve the service, route and complete conversations, create appointments and reminders, generate outcome summaries for the business, respond to demo requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the content of our customers’ conversations to train models for other customers.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform — such as telephony carriers, messaging providers (e.g. Meta for WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger, Telegram), scheduling (Cal.com), cloud hosting, and AI model providers acting as our processors — under contracts that restrict their use of the data. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention

Demo-request data is kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for reasonable follow-up. Platform conversation data is retained according to the controlling business’s configuration and our agreement with them, and is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If your data was processed because you contacted a business that uses Froy, we will refer your request to that business and support them in honoring it. To exercise any right, email info@froy.ai.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify affected parties as required by law.

8. Children

Our website and services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 16.
