Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the froy.ai website and the Froy AI platform (the “Service”) provided by Froy AI (“Froy”, “we”, “us”), 1111B S Governors Ave STE 48279, Dover, DE 19904, USA. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Froy provides an AI-powered, voice-first customer-communication platform: an AI agent that answers phone calls and messages on your business’s behalf, books appointments, answers questions from your business knowledge, records interaction outcomes in a built-in CRM, sends reminders, and runs consent-aware outbound campaigns. Specific features, limits, and fees are described in your order or subscription plan.

2. Your account and setup

You must provide accurate business information for setup — services, prices, schedules, policies, and knowledge-base content. You are responsible for keeping this information current; the agent answers based on what you provide. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding its credentials.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications; to place outbound calls or messages without the consents required by applicable law (including telemarketing and robocall rules); to impersonate others; to collect data unlawfully; or to interfere with the Service. You are responsible for complying with call-recording notice requirements that apply to your business and jurisdiction.

4. Your data

As between you and Froy, you own your business content and your customer data. You grant Froy the rights needed to operate the Service — to process conversations, store CRM records, and generate summaries for you. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. You are the controller of your customers’ data; Froy processes it on your instructions.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party channels and tools (telephony carriers, WhatsApp and other Meta platforms, Telegram, scheduling via Cal.com, and others). Your use of those channels is also subject to their terms, and availability of a channel depends on the third party.

6. AI output

The agent generates responses automatically from your business knowledge and configuration. While the Service is designed to be accurate and to hand off to a human when a case needs one, AI output may occasionally be incorrect. You should review your knowledge-base content and outcome summaries and correct configuration issues promptly. The Service does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

7. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with notice effective at your next renewal.

8. Term and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination we will make your CRM data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Froy’s aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
